Quorn Shepards Pie
Shepherds Pie also known as Cottage Pie is a family favourite of ours. Upon becoming vegetarian 5 years ago I thought I would have to give this up until I discovered Quorn.
Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
3 Potato
3 Carrots
3 Mushroom
1/2 Onion
1 tomato
Pasta sauce
2tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin,oregano,seasalt,paprika
1/4 c lemon juice
2tbsp Olive Oil
1 can plum tomato
2 pk instant mash potato
1 pk Quorn Mince
